This trip changed my life. I am a 31 year old woman who's timelines aren't where they thought they would be. I'm a pharmaceutical sales rep who has a lot of settled down married friends and found myself wanting to travel but knowing I would be afraid to solo travel to another country as someone who has only left their hometown to visit Aruba a few times with me exes. I wanted to meet with people who were adventurous, strong, successful, FUN and enjoyable to be around. I blindly bought a ticket to this and would do it 45 times over. I wanted to get into energy work and meet other women who were also adventurous or I figured because they were signing up for this experience. I was BLOWN away. Azma, the retreat leader and cofounder was there on the retreat and has a very calming and embracing energy that makes you feel safe and secure. She has lived in several countries and knows a lot about traveling, so once I met with her in real life all issues of safety or a sense of belonging were out the window. The workshops with Stephanie were incredible. They helped me reconnect my body with my spirit which was worn down from bad dating experiences, a job that can lead to burn out, and other stressors that ultimately left me disconnected from myself and borderline depressed. Stephanie has a magnetic energy with a lot of experience and I had not 1 but 3 effective workshops that I am practicing at home. The other members gave everything I was hoping for!!!! In fact, I was barely on my phone at all and was happy to have sisters who just got it. They were fun, inclusive, smart, and CURIOUS. They weren't in a cage, and it brought hope back for what my own life looked like when I got home. Azma took us to the best experiences, safaris 3 days, luxury accommodations for lodging, amazing food with private chefs and the best of the best restaurants. All places I would not have known to go to had I solo travelled as I probably would've been afraid and unsure where to go had I been alone in another country. Seeing animals in their natural habitat amongst fearless woman in a similar path to life than me was priceless. It was worth every penny. I went on the plane hoping I made the right choice, I got back to New Jersey with a zest for life I have not had as a woman in a decade. I am standing in my power again. Book with them. I am on two other retreats with them for a reason after I went to this one. You will enjoy every minute of the magic!

It was exactly what I wanted to experience. I was disappointed that we did not get to go to the Fontana Geothermal baths, but I understand that it was due to circumstances beyond anyone's control.

Touring beautiful Iceland and getting to do yoga everyday were the highlights for sure. Also all the people were kind and loving and it was so nice to connect with others that I wouldn't have otherwise known or gotten to know better. The hostil/hotel was less than desirable though. The lack of private baths for everyone and the dirty basement that we did the yoga in were the worst. Also, the food was mediocre and the place was unevenly heated too. The large amount of money that we paid with the representation that the cost included the cost of our food during the days we were there was untrue, I felt cheated. The food was basic and at times bad (except first and last night off site and the tomato lunch). In addition, at the off site dining locations we had to pay extra for protein and other basics (mostly the tomato greenhouse and pizza place -- would have literally been fed just soup and bread at the tomato greenhouse without paying out of pocket for more. .). Much was not as advertised/represented. Also, it was represented we would go to a spa the last day -- not a trip to the city pool -- I skipped that replacement offering and feel I am due a refund for the cost of the spa day in the promised Fontana thermal pools that I never received, but paid for. Please respond re this request. Thank you for your response and the small credit. I also reviewed my payment receipt and noticed that Mike's cost was supposed to be reduced since he wasn't doing the yoga -- it was shown the same as mine on the payment receipt. I will find the old e-mails where I was told that his total cost would be reduced to reflect a cost without yoga. Please let me know if you need me to do that. I looked at the old e-mails and it looks like the reduced price was applied to both of us. Sorry for any confusion on my part! Thanks again!

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback and for joining us in beautiful Iceland. We’re so happy to hear that you enjoyed the country’s stunning scenery, the daily yoga practice, and especially the warmth and connection shared among everyone on the retreat. It means so much to us that you took the time to reflect and share both the highlights and areas where we can improve. We’re very sorry to hear that the accommodations and yoga space didn’t meet your expectations. Unfortunately, finding venues in Iceland that can both host groups and provide an appropriate yoga space is a big challenge, as options are very limited — especially in remote, scenic areas. The yoga room was indeed not ready upon arrival, but we cleaned and rearranged it right away to make it as comfortable as possible for practice. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding with that. Regarding the shared bathrooms, the property only has a limited number of private rooms with ensuite baths, and those were fully booked by the time your reservation was confirmed. We do make sure to note this in all pre-trip materials and booking details, but we understand how this may still have been disappointing, and we’ll continue to look for ways to make this clearer and to secure more comfortable venues in the future. When it comes to the food, we completely understand your concerns. Iceland’s cuisine can be quite simple due to limited access to ingredients, and while we do our best to provide enjoyable meals, not every option meets everyone’s expectations. That said, the inclusions and exclusions for each meal were listed on our website and reiterated in our pre-trip communications but we will take your feedback to heart to make sure this is even more transparent moving forward. As for the Fontana Thermal Spa, it was unfortunately closed for renovations during the time of the retreat — something beyond our control. The local community hot pool was the only available alternative, and most guests chose to participate in that experience. However, since this was not the same as the originally promised spa visit, we’re happy to offer a refund for the Fontana spa portion of your trip. We truly appreciate your honest feedback — both the kind words and the constructive points. Your input helps us continue to refine our retreats and ensure that each experience brings more comfort, clarity, and connection for everyone involved.

Amazing trip. More than I expected or could have asked for The people in our group were so kind and from such varied backgrounds. The excursions were well planned and covered all the sites I wanted to see in Iceland. The yoga and workshops exceeded all expectations. Emily is a fantastic teacher and person. I learned so much from the breath and meditation workshops. I will take my learnings home and implement them into my everyday life. Azma was outstanding. She kept everything and everyone organized and on time. She was smart and so kind and thoughtful. I loved everything about this trip and can't wait to book my next Azenture!!

Eleonora curated an absolutely incredible 6-day journey through Sicily.** Every detail was thoughtfully planned, creating an experience that was as enriching for the soul as it was beautiful to witness. The balance between yoga, exploration, and relaxation was perfect — each day felt intentional, restorative, and deeply connected to the Sicilian culture that surrounded us. Eleonora’s attention to detail truly shone through in every aspect of the retreat — from the serene settings and meaningful activities to the seamless flow of the itinerary. It was evident that so much care and passion went into crafting this experience. This retreat stands out as one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. Sharing it with such a wonderful group of friends, both new and old, made it even more special. I came home feeling inspired, grounded, and eager for the next adventure with Eleonora.
